Russian Military Satellite Closes In On US Radar Satellite Linked To Ukraine

A Russian military satellite is shadowing a radar satellite that Ukraine reportedly relies on, and the distance between them is disputed.

For more than three days, Kosmos 2612 has flown in near-formation with the US satellite ICEYE-X36 used by Ukraine. The operation sets a new precedent in space. Experts worry about escalation as Russia’s goal remains unclear.

For three days, one of Russia’s military satellites has been doing something unseen in low Earth orbit: It has pulled up alongside a US commercial satellite at low relative speed and proceeded to stay close. Satellite shadowing manoeuvres are common, but never before has a Russian spy satellite come this close to another state’s space infrastructure for such an extended period of time.Similar operations have proliferated in recent months, as countries seem to prepare for potential conflicts in space. A month ago, the US military confirmed it has deployed weapons in orbit. There is extensive documentation of Chinese satellites shadowing Western space objects or practicing close proximity manoeuvres with their own satellites.

In July, The Insider and Der Spiegel reported on a Chinese-Russian plan to limit or destroy SpaceX Starlink infrastructure. This recent operation targets the satellite ICEYE-X36, registered in the US and providing radar data to Ukraine.

How close was the Russian satellite? Thursday 15 October, Axios reported that Russia’s Kosmos 2612 was detected more than 320 kilometres from ICEYE-X36. By Friday afternoon, their distance was about 5 kilometres – close proximity for objects moving at many kilometres per second. The latest orbital data projected that Kosmos 2612 would position itself closest to the US-registered satellite yesterday afternoon.

The analysis portal Cosmos Radar estimates a proximity of just 26 meters. Jonathan McDowell, a satellite tracking expert consulted by Vertical52, could not confirm the number: “With open-source data we can only confidently determine distance within an error margin of up to 2000 meters”, said the astronomer and astrophysicist.

McDowell described the operation as unprecedented and the closest uninvited rendezvous they had observed in Low Earth Orbit. Though earlier Kosmos satellites stalked US satellites too, they stayed at a distance of tens and hundreds of kilometers.  “This is different. This is close, low velocity, low orbit. They’ve matched orbits”, said the astrophysicist.

Yesterday afternoon, the Russian spy satellite was projected to come closer to ICEYE-X36 than any other foreign satellite before. Kosmos 2612 was launched from Plesetsk in April alongside other military satellites. Since then, it has orbited in close proximity to ICEYE-X36 and other satellites of the same programme. The operation seems to have been in the making for months. In May, several of them shifted the tilt of their orbits into ICEYE-X36’s orbital plane. They then passed by it at 13 to 18 kilometers, according to analysis by Integrity ISR reported by Meduza.

The US Space Force described the incident in May: “Russia executed fuel-intensive orbital manoeuvres to position four military satellites (Cosmos 2610 through 2613) close to a Western commercial radar satellite used by Ukraine for imagery intelligence.” Over the summer, there were no other noticeable manoeuvres by the Kosmos fleet.

Then, on 30 September, a new burn began – “clearly designed to bring the two objects very close and synchronise their orbital periods, orbital altitude, and eccentricity”, wrote Marco Langbroek, a Dutch satellite tracking expert. What is Russia’s goal? The motive behind Russian spy satellites’ escalation in proximity remains unclear. Payloads, the contents a satellite carries to space, are mostly undetectable through open-source data. This leaves room for speculation. The Center for Strategic and International Studies does not rule out on-orbit weapon use, while Langbroek expressed worries about the satellite’s behaviour. Kosmos 2612’s operation is one sign of the hybrid war Russia wages against Ukraine and NATO is spreading into space.

The manoeuvre aligns with leaked documents that plan the destruction of Starlink space infrastructure. In July, The Insider and Der Spiegel reported on a leaked Russian-Chinese military strategy presentation. The documents described a “joint plan to defeat Elon Musk’s Starlink and a weapons development partnership”.
Satellite tracker and astrophysicist Jonathan McDowell currently sees no indication of an obliteration of the US-registered satellite: “My interpretation is that this is an inspection mission, studying it, trying to measure characteristics, maybe try jamming the satellite”. It would not make sense to physically attack the satellite at such low speed.

Albert Einstein’s Top Secret Aliens Document

Albert Einstein (left) and Robert Oppenheimer (right) warned then-President Roosevelt about Nazi Germany's work on an atomic bomb. http://inventors.about.com/od/astartinventions/a/atomic_bomb.htm
Albert Einstein (left) and Robert Oppenheimer (right) warned then-President Roosevelt about a number of security threats such as Nazi Germany’s work on an atomic bomb but what they sent along in 1947 was earth-shattering.

In June of 1947 Albert Einstein and J. Robert Oppenheimer together wrote a TOP SECRET six page document entitled “Relationships with Inhabitants of Celestial Bodies”.  Aliens?

It was in 1947 and it said the presence of unidentified spacecraft is accepted as de facto by the military.

It also deals with where do they come from, what should we do in the event of colonization and/or integration of peoples, and why are they here? Finally, the document addresses the presence of celestial astroplanes in our atmosphere as a result of actions of military experiments with fission devices of warfare. Einstein and Oppenheimer encourage consideration of our potential future situation and safety due to our present and past actions in space. How can we avoid a perilous fate?

Extract majestic document:

Relationships with extraterrestrial men presents no basically new problem from the standpoint of international law; but the possibility of confronting intelligent beings that do not belong to the human race would bring up problems whose solution it is difficult to conceive. In principle, there is no difficulty in accepting the possibility of coming to an understanding with them, and of establishing all kinds of relationships.

If these intelligent beings were in possession of a more or less culture, and a more or less perfect political organization, they would have an absolute right to be recognized as independent and sovereign peoples. Another possibility may exist, that a species of Homo sapiens might have established themselves as an independent nation on another celestial body in our solar system and evolved culturally independently from ours. Living conditions on these bodies let’s say the moon,-or the planet Mars, would have to be such as to permit a stable, and to a certain extent, independent life, from an economic standpoint.

Hypothetically other planets may have life forms. Water has been found on our Moon and Mars that can be separated into hydrogen and oxygen, using an electric current or the short wave radiation of the sun. The oxygen could be used for breathing purposes; the hydrogen night be used as a fuel. There is indication that the inhabitants of celestial bodies, or extraterrestrial biological entitle (EBE) desire to settle here.

1.If they are politically organized and possess a certain culture similar to our own, they may be recognized as an independent people.

2.If they consider our culture to be devoid of political unity, they would have the right to colonize. Of course, this colonization cannot be conducted on classic lines. A superior form of colonizing will have to be conceived, that could be a kind of tutelage, possibly through the tacit approval of the United Nations. We cannot exclude the possibility that a race of extraterrestrial people more advanced technologically and economically may take upon itself the right to occupy another celestial body.

The division of a celestial body into zones and the distribution of them among other celestial states. A moral entity? The most feasible solution it seem would be this one, submit an agreement providing for the peaceful absorption of a celestial race(s) in such a manner that our culture would remain intact with guarantees that their presence not be revealed. It would merely be a matter of internationalizing celestial peoples, and creating an international treaty instrument.

The presence of unidentified space craft flying in our atmosphere (and possibly maintaining orbits about our planet) is now accepted by our military.   Military strategists foresee the use of space craft with nuclear warheads as the ultimate weapon of war. Attack no longer comes from an exclusive direction, nor from a determined country, but from the sky, with the practical impossibility of determining who the aggressor is.

When artificial satellites and missiles find their place in space, we must consider the potential threat that unidentified space craft pose. One must consider the fact that miss-identification of these space craft for an intercontinental missile in a re-entry phase of flight could lead to accidental nuclear war.

This document was written in 1947 but extremely relevant what with the recent United States declassified UFO release.

Marriage Proposals While Orbiting Moon By 2022

Starting in 2022 it will be possible to ask for the beloved’s hand in marriage while flying over the lunar surface to the sound of Frank Sinatra’s “Fly Me to the Moon”. The one-week interplanetary flight will be carried out using a self-contained and autonomous spacecraft allowing the two lovers to travel alone.

The ApoteoSurprise agency, a French marriage proposal planner specialized in creating extravagant proposals, introduces a whole new service for 145 million dollars which will allow 21st century handsome princes to propose while flying around the Moon. Reaching for the Moon in the name of love is about to become a reality, the ultimate goal of the Paris-based agency being to “stage the craziest and most outstanding marriage proposal of the last 13.8 billion years“.

Apoteo Marriage Proposals France

From March 2022, elite lovers will be able to book the all-included service on the site www.proposeinparis.com and five months later find themselves enjoying the following program:
– Twelve weeks of pre-requisite technical and physical training.
– Takeoff on D-Day from the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
– Richard Strauss’s “Thus spoke Zarathustra, Op.30” (Theme from 2001 Space Odyssey) resounding in the two space tourists’ helmets when the first effects of weightlessness are felt.
– Arrival in lunar orbit, three days later, flying over the satellite’s grayish surface at only 200/300 kilometers altitude.

– Cut-off of all communication with Earth for around thirty minutes while the capsule flies over the dark side of the Moon.
– The Frank Sinatra song “Fly Me to the Moon” played halfway through the orbital flight, allowing the suitor to make his marriage proposal far from any form of human life (engagement ring secretly hidden in his spacesuit).
– A spectacular Earth-rise seen from behind the lunar craters and return trip of nearly four days before atmospheric re-entry and final touchdown.

The flight-plan followed by the space capsule will mirror that of the mythical Apollo 8 mission in 1968. The spacecraft, traveling at a speed of up to 38,000 km/h, will be equipped with eight cameras allowing the couple to immortalize their entry into the history of the conquest of space and the conquest… of love!
